What is OnyxHacks?

OnyxHacks is game modification software designed for hobbyists. The loader interacts with certain game files by reading and writing them externally, without changing anything inside of the game itself.

1. Account Usage & Sharing

Account sharing is strictly against the rules. Engaging in account sharing may result in an immediate account ban.

2. Data Collection & Privacy

By creating an account, you agree to the data collection of IP addresses and computer hardware information. OnyxHacks agrees to keep your data and privacy information safe, collecting and utilizing data strictly for the software itself and nothing outside of the usage of the OnyxHacks software.

3. Software Operation

You agree to the manipulation of data and files on your computer when using OnyxHacks software, which is necessary for the software to operate.

4. Limitation of Liability

OnyxHacks is not liable for any account damages including any bans, loss of items, computer software, or hardware damages. OnyxHacks is not liable for any account loss or property loss.

5. Scope of Use & Compliance

OnyxHacks is game modification software. We do not agree to using the software for anything out of the scope of the given game and its terms of service. We do not agree in breaking any game or company terms of services or game rules, and OnyxHacks is not liable for the usage by any user of the software.

6. Legal Compliance & Fraud

OnyxHacks complies with any local, state, or federal governments. In the off chance a fraud occurs during payment, any and all information will be provided respectfully to the authorities.
